Note: Our shipping times are based on the average of our orders. Some of our orders can be quicker and some can be slightly longer, especially if there are customs delays.
Processing times
It may take up to 1-2 business days to process orders after ordering before they are shipped. We do not ship or process orders on Sunday's.

Unexpected delays
In some cases, the delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times specified above. Most of these delays are due to international customs clearance, which we can not control. Contact us if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve the problem.
